After a 4-year tenure with Noom, helping thousands of clients all over the world to lose weight and establish healthy habits, I'm excited to turn my focus to a passion that is very personal to me. I specialize in helping my clients reduce their risk for Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia through lifestyle and behavior change. Inspired by my focus to educate individuals about what they can do today to retain cognitive health and reduce risk, I also value my time volunteering as a Community Educator for Alzheimer's Association.
