Over 10 weeks, build a foundation of wellness for the upcoming year, in a supportive Group setting. 

All 10 sessions are live and virtual, via ZOOM, for your convenience. 10 topics will be covered. Connect with your group peers every Sunday at 6 pm.. Each session is 1 hour in length.
